REVIEW OF METHODS AND TOOLS OF SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS ENGINEERING

Based on the basic concept and research contents of requirements engineering（RE）, some concepts of the life cycle of RE and requirements specification are introduced in the present paper. The recent representative RE methods and tools are summarized. Some important tools and methods are classified and reviewed. Finally, some current issues of RE and corresponding solutions are also discussed in the paper.
