The Design and Implementation of an Object-Oriented Courseware Authoring Environment （OOCAE）

In this paper, the approach to develop and design courseware using object-oriented method is proposed, the model for implementing an object-oriented courseware environment （OOCAE） is described in detail, and the method to develop courseware using OOCAE is introduced as an instance.
